About me…
I’ve experienced anxiety, overwhelm, and the endless ‘shoulds’ that life throws our way. In my twenties I struggled with depression, beating myself up for not having achieved enough or not having enough direction.
In my thirties, I felt anxious that time was passing me by and I wasn’t where I should be.
Through therapy, I worked through these ‘shoulds’ and let go of some of the beliefs that weren’t serving me, realising I had to live my life for myself and not for other people.
It’s an ongoing process, but it does get easier.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others prioritise their needs and discover the life they want to lead. I understand that you are an individual, and the therapy I offer you reflects this.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I can draw from a number of approaches to tailor your therapy to suit you. We will work together to get the best results for you.
